Today’s win - I am on fire this week! Way back at Halloween 2018 our daughter stuck some unwrapped candies in the deep freezer for me to make Monster Cookies. Because of the Hashimoto’s I never found the energy to bake those cookies. Today, I baked a cake with them. While it cools on the counter, I posted the recipe.
