A short story to pass the old year as the hailing of the new year begins
It's November again, and that can only mean one thing. It's time for NaNoWriMo! "National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing." You spend the entire month of November working on a new novel. I finished a novel in 2011.
"Two teddy bears are sitting at a bar getting drunk, discussing the hazards of the job." We Write Dragons posted this prompt. It looked like fun, so I gave it a go.
I'm thinking it's a good day to whip out another Picadilly Write the Story story.
This writing prompt suggests that you write a story into a shape such as a circle, square, or heart. I saw a forest. This story isn't for the faint of heart. Dare to venture into The Shape of the Forest?
